i must say, this is probable the most simpliest work out video ever, and it doesnt just have to be for women, im pretty sure it can work for guys, in addition i am a guy so thats my opinion. but im happy this vid was created it will help a few people that i know whos been looking for something like this, thank you keep it up!

@Nanaisgonnakillyou Make sure you focus on posture until you get in a good habit. Keep back flat and abs engaged (they will help protect your back). Also make sure you’re not pulling on your neck, look straight up at the ceiling and don’t hunch your chin to your chest! xoxo

@Nanaisgonnakillyou I think its not as effective in bed because your back wont be in a straight position and neither will your legs. Avoid anything to plushy.You can put a light blanket on top of your mat if that works

I tried to do these exercises on the floor with a mat and I hurt my back, neck and lower back.
Can I do it on a bed?

@Ipdadptr Breathe in before doing any actual exercise and breathe out while doing it.
Like for example in the first one breathe in when you’re all stretched and exhale when you come up and reach for your toes.You can try and see that it will actually help you reach up even more than you would have if you would have kept your breath while getting up.
Same goes for all the other exercises,inhale when relaxed and exhale when tensing your muscles.
